These terms govern use of Eloframe Studio’s website and general information about web development, SEO, design, content, software, plugins and automation services. Visiting the website does not by itself create a services contract.
Scope, price, currency, applicable taxes, schedule, revisions, deliverables, support and payment terms are agreed in writing for each project. An accepted proposal or contract governs its specific terms, subject to mandatory legal rights. A contact request or preliminary estimate does not automatically constitute acceptance of a project.
Clients must provide information, materials and permissions they are entitled to use, review deliverables and provide agreed access through secure channels. Scope changes, dependency delays and additional work should be documented before execution. Do not submit credentials through the public form.
Website content, branding and materials belong to their respective owners. Deliverable rights are defined in the project contract. Third-party assets, licensed resources and open-source software retain their licenses; payment for services does not automatically transfer all rights in those components.
Performance, ranking, traffic and conversion estimates depend on multiple factors and are not guarantees of specific results. Hosting, domains, Google, social networks, payment gateways and other external services have their own terms and may change or experience interruptions.
Milestones, renewals, cancellation, refunds and maintenance follow the written agreement. Any missing commercial condition should be defined before the relevant service is purchased. These terms do not remove statutory consumer rights, including cancellation or refund rights where applicable.
Do not use this website for spam, fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized access or submissions that infringe others’ rights. Abusive requests may be proportionately restricted. Responsibility is assessed under the contract and applicable law; nothing excludes liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
