Eloframe Studio manages this website and inquiries about its digital services from Cascavel, Paraná, Brazil. Contact info@eloframestudio.com for privacy questions, data requests or information about the responsible operator. This policy covers eloframestudio.com. Processing performed on behalf of clients is also governed by the relevant project agreements.
Contact requests may include first and last name, email, phone number, service of interest, preferred format, message, language and consent where applicable. Forms may retain a copy of the request and its delivery status. Technical and security logs may contain IP address, browser, date, source page and events needed to investigate errors or abuse. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, medical information or sensitive data through the general contact form.
We use information to answer inquiries, prepare requested proposals, manage projects and communications, maintain the website and prevent fraud or spam. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing relies on requested precontractual steps, contractual performance, legal obligations, proportionately assessed legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where required. An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. When requesting consent for another purpose, we explain that purpose and how to withdraw it.
Hosting, email, security and support providers, and authorized project collaborators, may process information needed to perform their roles. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell contact-form data. When using WhatsApp or external links, the relevant third-party policies also apply.
Forms use security checks and Google reCAPTCHA when enabled. Google may process technical signals, device information and IP address to evaluate abuse. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our Cookie Policy explains relevant categories and controls. Publishing these documents does not replace any consent controls that may be required.
When we enable a Google connection for website email, an administrator authorizes an Eloframe Studio account through OAuth. Its intended function is to send form notifications, confirmations and operational messages. Visitors do not need to connect their Google accounts. The integration may process sender-account identity, authorization tokens, and recipients, subjects and message contents needed for sending. Actual permissions appear on Google’s authorization screen; this policy does not authorize other purposes. Gmail access will not be used for advertising, data sales or AI model training. Data obtained through Google APIs will be used and transferred in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Human access to that data is restricted to cases permitted by that policy, such as specific consent, security or legal requirements. Tokens remain in the connection-management system while needed and authorized. Access can be revoked in Google account permissions and tokens removed by disconnecting the integration. Revocation stops further authorized use but does not erase previously sent email or records retained on another lawful basis.
We retain inquiries as needed to handle them and manage the relationship. Contractual, tax and legal-defense records may require additional retention under applicable law. No single retention period applies to every record. We use reasonable access, maintenance and security measures without promising zero risk. Some providers may process data abroad. Where required, transfers must rely on legally recognized mechanisms and safeguards.
Depending on applicable law, including Brazil’s LGPD where relevant, you may request confirmation, access, correction, recipient information, anonymization, blocking or deletion in legally defined cases, portability where applicable and withdrawal of consent. Email info@eloframestudio.com with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary to protect your information. Some records may be retained for legal duties or other permitted grounds. You may contact the competent data-protection authority, including Brazil’s ANPD.
The website’s professional services target businesses and people able to contract for them, not children. Contact us if a child’s information has been submitted without authorization. Policy changes will appear here; changes of purpose requiring fresh authorization will be communicated as appropriate.
